The staff is always friendly and upbeat. The facilities are bright, colorful, and have great energy. Physical Therapist Nicole is definitely an asset to MLF therapy. My daughter works with her several times a week and I'm always pleased at her patience and genuine care for my child. Since working with Nicole my daughter has made tremendous developmental improvements. Nicole is an absolute Rock Star physical therapist! I have had a nice experience and really appreciate the service and care from the staff.

First ask them if they are fully booked or not. They have been giving me the run around with the scheduling for the initial assessment. After 4 months, my child hasnot been seen. They toldme to take the odd hours like early morning or they’ll give methe short notice when someone cancels an appointmentand my child can take that spot. They are not honest to tell you that they have staffing problems. I would have appreciated if they toldme they can’t accept new patients anymorebecause they are fully booked andnot wasted my time on this clinic. My child’s time is valuable and not just a “back-up” so it can help pay their bills. 👎👎 They are rated A+ at BBB? So not true. That’s a lie.

Great place for our kids needs. Only bad part is that their are minimul appointments available. As well as short staff for speech therapy. Other than that great service and great outgoing therapists.

After stringing us along for EIGHT MONTHS  of waiting - because they are greedy and accept every applicant - then have little to no availability to actually schedule you!!! And only schedule 2 weeks out! The two appointments we went to, each day I witnessed a therapist quit on the spot and walked out! One therapist had quit immediately before my daughters appointment and they counted it as a strike against me! And although insurance pays for appointments, they are going to charge me out of pocket for a cancelled appointment? Poorly poorly run facility and business.

Horrible costumer services!!!!!!
Scheduling and insurance department are the worse people.
If you dont like your job, what you do, just quit.
