Her web site professes all of this experience regarding her education and her abilities to rehabilitate, if these statements are accurate than the education truly is not worth the price she paid for it. I was being seen by another therapist out of state and had great progress until I met Tina. She was rough, abrasive and unqualified. Also during treatment, if she was on time, she would scream thru the door to her employees and handle business thru the while in session. Then if they couldn't get it right or if she got a phone call she would leave the room, meanwhile leaving me spread eagle and disrobed on the table. Then when she was done with what ever was more important than my time she would rush back in and finish. I complained over and over and asked if she could just slow down that she was hurting me and told her I felt that it was borderline abusive. Needless to say I was ignored. 
As far as payment and insurance was concerned that was a nightmare in of itself. At first she could not get the insurance straight so I ended up paying cash (close to $1000). Then when the insurance issue was straightened out I had already decided to stop treatment but wanted to get the finances straightened out. When they finally got it figured out I received about 70% of my money back I chose to cut my loses and leave. Now not only did I not get my money back I get collection agencies calling me daily... which her office claims to know nothing about. It has been almost a year and I am at my wits end. I have since found an exceptional PT who has not only the equipment but the knowledge and professionalism they professed to have.

After multiple MRI's, procedures, and bouncing around from Doctor to Doctor for nearly nine months, I was (finally) referred to see Tina Baum.  Not only did she take my complaints seriously, she had the knowledge and experience to implement a treatment plan for my complex condition that has vastly improved my quality of life in only two months.  Her staff is very friendly and easy to work with and would recommend this office to anyone needing physical therapy.
