After stringing us along for EIGHT MONTHS  of waiting - because they are greedy and accept every applicant - then have little to no availability to actually schedule you!!! And only schedule 2 weeks out! The two appointments we went to, each day I witnessed a therapist quit on the spot and walked out! One therapist had quit immediately before my daughters appointment and they counted it as a strike against me! And although insurance pays for appointments, they are going to charge me out of pocket for a cancelled appointment? Poorly poorly run facility and business.

We've been coming to this location since they opened. It's always been a positive experience! The staff are friendly, and you're always greeted upon arrival. They learn pretty quick who the regulars are, so you're not always asked who's being checked in. the therapists are great and continue to do what they do best! I appreciate how your scheduled time is your time. You don't wait 15-30 minutes after to be seen. They can be pretty busy, so don't always expect an empty lobby. The children enjoy their sessions very much. Thank you MLF children's therapy 😀

Horrible costumer services!!!!!!
Scheduling and insurance department are the worse people.
If you dont like your job, what you do, just quit.

Although  the therapist have been great, it is difficult to honestly rate them. It is very difficult to set routine  appointments with the same therapist and or location. Although, 
there are opportunities to fill in an appointment that was cancelled by another patient. The draw back is, it may be at a diffrent facility and you do not have the same therapist. The continuity of care is lost snd i believe it makes it difficult to adequately assess the child's progress.

The Lake Mead location is clean, fun for kids to wait- they have all kinds of activities! The staff is nice, especially marisel the scheduling girl. The counselors really care about your child , including Ms. Margaret!
