I have had to use them twice and both times they have been excellent. They helped with my 95 year old mother that needed immediate attention, and was not able to get into her regular Dr. in a timely manner. The second issue was my niece visiting from Australia need a prescription refill and they were able to immediately accommodate us. The price was very fair for the immediacy that they provided. Thanks for the help and thanks to Yadi at the front for the follow-up.

A simple check for the potential flu or strep throat took two hours. I had a fever of 102, lost my voice and was feeling awful for a coupe of days. They left me in the room after the strep test for 25 minutes without ever walking back in. The doctor gave me no advice or recommendations on what to take. It was a complete waste of my time. I would have been better just staying in bed. The waiting room was empty for the first hour I was there so I'm not sure why I waited so long. I asked when I checked in how long of a wait and she said it was not bad. I guess 2 hours to get in and out of there is considered "not bad". I have received much better quality of service at the cvs walk in minute clinic.

Took a while to be called but once in it didn’t take much time at all. Very clean, nice staff, and overall good experience.

Easily the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I walked in at 11:20 for emediate care. I was stung in the face by a wasp and was having a bad allergic reaction, my face was swelling up and I was having trouble breathing. They told me to have a seat and they would be right with me. I waited until 12:30 to get up and say something after recieving no care. I asked if I needed to go somewhere else because I started to feel seriously ill. After giving me an attitude they told me that there were two more people ahead of me and that I would have to wait. After about 10 more minutes they sent me into a private room. In this room they sent a nurse that proceeded to ask me all of the same questions I had already filled out on paper just delaying my treatment. After repeating all of the same information verbally the doctor finally came in to see me after waiting an hour and 45 minutes. The gave me a quick steroid shot and left, only saw her for a total of 5 minutes. The doctor said I would have to wait 40 minutes so they could monitor my breathing, which I can completely understand. But then they forgot about me, I waited close to a hour before getting up to ask what was going on. The nurse said I can leave but before I go I just need to make a follow up appointment, she directed me back to the waiting room to wait for an assistant to call my name. Needless to say 25 minutes went by and my name was not called, I went up and asked how can I make a follow up appointment and the secretary said she didn’t even know I was out there. There is no communication with anyone on staff, I will never be returning to this facility.

I'm still in here waiting been here for almost 4 hours and I've been in a gown waiting for 30 min what kind of business has 1 Dr. Don't come here
