Went there for a pre-employment physical, drug test, and lift test and was told it would take 90 minutes from when I walked in the door till I walked out. 60 minutes after waiting I'm called to the front to fill out a health questionnaire which could've been given to me right away. Then I waited another half hour to be called back for a drug test to which they weren't clear on what type of test I was supposed to have so I had to continue to wait till they could reach my new company to verify for them. The next part moved relatively quickly as I did the drug test and vitals and then got a physical from the Doctor. Then I was brought to the physical therapy area where I was to perform my lift test, which for my company is to lift 50 pounds one time. The one attendant was supposed to take care of physical therapy appointments and all the lift tests by himself. 3 people were ahead of me and all had 20 minutes worth of tests. He had to physically look up what each company required for the lift tests. If someone had it documented out for him, he would've been able to be a lot more efficient and perform multiple tests together, but since no one had that organized for him, I waited for over an hour to do one 50 pound lift. The only thing i can say is that everyone there was friendly and working hard. The problem is the lack of organization and planning makes it so everyone is working harder, not smarter. In all, it took me 3.5 hours to accomplish what only took 15 total minutes when someone was actually attending to me.

Not well professional. Lack of workers comp knoledge. I still have pain and doctor told me it is alright. He did not refer to specialist doctor, like orthopedic. I talked about to fill up worker comp form the office manager she said she call back. Till today no phone call received. Look like they donot follow the procedure.

Nice facility. Nice people. Had some paper work to fill out and the wait time wasn't too bad. It went well.

The receptionist was outstanding. I had a very long wait for a pre employment drug test. Other than that, I received great service.

It was busy when I went in, but still got in and out at a reasonable time, and all the staff were very friendly.
