Dr. Lauren Peck is my daughter’s doc and Melina has loved her from day one. She is so comfortable with her and Lauren is very patient with the typical dramatic teenage girl. Sad that she will have to leave the practice soon because she’s almost ready for college. Would recommend this practice to any child!

My sons have been with Dr. Peck since 2016 and we have been very impressed with her knowledge and caring. My eldest has several medical conditions, and Dr. Peck is wonderful at collaborating with his specialists.

I have mixed feelings about this practice. I am in the healthcare field and after a short time at this practice I realized how bad it was. The Sharonville location is extremely outdated. The pictures on the walls, paint color, and finishes make it feel dirty throughout the building which also makes me feel like their practices are outdated-they reuse the supplies after cleaning them (the covers for the ear light and ear scoop). I want my kids to feel comfortable when we walk in but it was not kid friendly at all. Other than a few books it was not inviting. There were no toys or colorful rooms. I understand this is a medical office and not a place of entertainment, however, I think there needs to be more effort put into making it kid friendly. The Liberty location is cleaner and more up to date, but the rooms are very small. At both locations the exam tables are WAY to tall for kids to get onto. I have a teen and a preschooler and they both had trouble getting onto it. There is trash all over the parking lot and in their landscaping-likely from the highway, but yet it has not been cleaned up. The pictures on the walls are dusty and crooked-in the rooms and waiting areas. It just seems unkept at both locations. Both female doctors are nice but one has a nurse that is rude and unprofessional. The male doctor there is closed minded, impersonal, and quick to dismiss my concerns. I refused to see him when we were there. They are quick to return calls and are good at scheduling appointments though. I contemplated staying with them despite the atmosphere, but as I am expecting another child I inquired about a vaccine schedule.They DO NOT HAVE COMBINED VACCINES, so your child will have to get stuck more times than necessary. This was a deal breaker for me.
