The staff as a whole is horrible. Every single person was rude and at some points disrespectful. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if possible. The only reason I go here is because this is where my work tells me I have to go. I was appalled at the way the nurses spoke to me as well as other people. It's amazing how many reviews the same thing I'm saying. There is obviously a problem with the staff that needs to be addressed.

I read the reviews before visiting last weekend (I had a Saturday appointment) and was worried what my experience would be like. When I arrived for my drug screening, there were about 2 or 3 people ahead of me and only 1 receptionist and 1 technician working. I had a 9:30am appointment and got there around 9:20am. It took me about 3 minutes to fill out paperwork and I got back there to do my drug test in about 10 minutes. I was back there for about 5 minutes and then I was done. Both the receptionist and technician were professional and courteous, with me and the other patients waiting. Everyone seemed to be done with their visit quickly and without hassle, so I don't know why there are so many bad reviews and no good ones. I hope this helps! (And no, I don't work for this company and wasn't asked to leave a review, I just felt I should let others know that I actually had a very positive experience.)

Slow. The parking lot was nearly empty and only one person was in the waiting room when I showed up for a simple drug test. I've left a sample at other places in the past and it was always a quick in and out. Here, it took about 35 minutes. The employees were friendly enough.

I had a lab order for a fasting blood and urine sample for my hypertension doctor. I was the first (and only) one in the door when they opened. I was the only "patient" there the whole time I was there. The parking lot and waiting area were empty except for me. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked for my lab order back, and the receptionist asked "Did we do something wrong?" I said that it had been 20 minutes and I was tired of waiting. (Still no coffee at this point...) She actually chuckled and said," Well you certainly don't want to come here!" I replied, "I'll keep that in mind." took my lab order and left. If they can't even take a blood and urine sample in less than 20 minutes, when I'm the only customer there, I can't imagine how they would treat you when they were actually busy. Thoroughly unprofessional with no business sense or concern for their customers time. What a joke. Will never go back.

Uh. I made an appointment for 3:30pm to have a pre-employment physical, drug test, and TB test. I got here at 2:55pm; it is now 4:34pm and I'm JUST now leaving. They weren't very friendly. The way the drug test was done seemed very unsanitary to me. I wish I would've just paid for a physical given by MY PRIMARY CARE physician. My advice: Go somewhere else.
