I went to concentrate located at 67 Bergenline Av-West New York here in New Jersey.and the persons at the place about it was very professional and good attitude,plus less waiting time

Had to wait an hour but that's to be expected when you come in at 4pm.  Technician doing my vital signs said they weren't always that busy.  Once I got called back I was done within 30 minutes and paperwork was filed with my company the next morning.  Last time I visited I was there less than an hour and the paperwork was filed the same day but I came in the morning.  No complaints, staff was very pleasant.  All staff were attentive and helpful and kept you updated on your wait progress. Free coffee in waiting room, clean restrooms.  Phone chargers provided for others that were waiting.

Definitely a 10!  The Physical therapist (David) was very encouraging and the nurse (forgot her name) was very easy going.  The entire staff was very professional.

I was sent here with about 11 other coworkers to be seen after we've all broken out in severe rashes. Dr. Weiss examined us all and he was completely rude and unprofessional. First of all he did not seem interested in what each patient had to say individually. He pretty much dismissed us all and said it def seems like some sort of allergy but he's not an allergist so there was no help he can give us. Mind you my face was swollen and itchy and very red during the visit. ALSO Dr Weiss must have thought all his patients doors were closed when he had his staff huddled around him in the hallway saying "Well this is a big conspiracy- they should all be fired!"  Referring to me and my colleagues! How do we all conspire to get sick ?! I asked him and he had nothing to say. He is ignorant and unprofessional and should never speak of any of his patients like that especially in front of other patients waiting to be seen. We didn't choose to see you Dr Weiss - our company sent us to you! And guess what you got paid for it too! I complained to the office manager as well. After spending hours there waiting and waiting and getting no where- I had to go to Urgentcare to see a real Dr whom prescribed me the proper medication I needed. I will never go there again what a horrible experience and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

Very comfortable location. From the time I walked in, greeted very professionally by Jon at the front desk. My wait time was minimal, my nurse was very nice and, the doctor was very thorough. Great staff...management should be proud of them!
