Had my dog groomed here.  The staff was great.  While we waited for our turn, we (my dog and I) walked around the store browsing.  An employee came up to us, asked if ok to approach my dog, then pet him for several minutes.  He then left and came back with a treat for him.  I think we both felt welcome in this store.

Very few sales personnel, and the one's I found were not the most knowledgeable nor helpful. Friendly but not terribly knowledgeable. However, the guys I talked to at the Petco in Brick new their business.

Today we had an awesome experience thanks to a very lovely employee named Jennifer. She assisted us with finding a comfortable harness for our pit, Roscoe. Some people may be afraid of the breed but Jennifer saw he was a sweetie and stepped right in to help try on and adjust the harness to size. She was the biggest help, found him a great fit and even picked a color harness to compliment his coloring. Roscoe thanked her  with doggy kisses and he is so happy with his new harness! No more pulling. Thanks so much, Jennifer!
