After my husband was interred at Arlington, Conklyn's worked with me to provide beautiful flowers. They take a picture every month and email it to me. I am very happy with both the service and the quality of the arrangements they provide every month.

The customer service was excellent, especially for a person like me who knows absolutely nothing about flowers, and needed to make a last minute boquet for my mother. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the flowers. Also, the selections were fresh, beautiful, and well priced. I will be bringing all my business here!

This place deserves ZERO stars!!!!!! The owner is very rude and short with customers. The woman that handles everything, I assume is the owner. This individual did not have our order prepared and was given a week notice. Additionally, it was for an important event and the owner blamed the person working at night for not having the order ready! Very unprofessional, this is not the type of business that should be in the Pentagon.

Top quality always. First rate service. Good reminders for birthdays etc. I've been a customer for over 20 years, place about 10 orders per year and am always delighted with the service and products.
