Had 18 long stem roses delivered for an early Valentine's Day.  They were personally delivered to my Valentine and not dropped off at the front desk.   She continued to express over and over how beautiful the display is and how they smell just fantastic.  She is a critique of roses and their quality.  This time they exceeded expectations and she said it was the best arrangement by far in her entire life!  Thank you Helen Olivia Flowers for the great customer friendly service and exceeding my Valentine's expectations.   Her friends are now very jealous and their husbands are upset with me.  A 5+ rating is well deserved!

I've managed to get in here once and it was very nice. However this place closes before I get out of work at 6 which is unfortunate.

I used Helen Olivia flowers for my wedding last month at the Mayflower, and they were amazing! They were so easy and pleasant to work with, as someone who wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, they led me through a completely painless process of picking out flowers and they didn't disappoint! The flowers were beautiful-we did cherry blossoms for the ceremony, and the bridal party bouquets were fantastic. They went above and beyond with the small touches as well-the flower girl bouquet was one of my favorite things about the entire wedding. The centerpieces were elegant and really brought the whole room together. I loved working with Rachel and Madison, and can't wait to have a need to get flowers again from them soon!

I no longer love in the local area however, when many of my friends still do. When a special event happens Helen Olivia is the only florist I trust to build amazing arrangements that will knock their socks off! Beautiful artists at work!

AMAZING product and even BETTER SERVICE! I'm from Dallas, TX and called to see if they had a certain bloom in stock, to send a friend a custom creation. I got to speak with Charles, the owner. Charles was super friendly, helpful, and never rushed me while helping me create the perfect custom arrangement that would fit my friend's taste, while staying within my budget. I received an invoice in my email immediately, as promised. Within 2 hours of my phone order, I received different-angled pics of the arrangements from Charles then and a text from my friend, saying that the gift had brought her joyful tears. Helen Olivia is not your typical florist - they have amazing products and amazing service!
