The selection is great with good prices on most items coupled with a very friendly and helpful staff that will make the shopping experience very nice. They offer a choice of "paper or plastic" bags to hold the items you purchase and will unload your cart to process the checkout. The only challenge is that the checkout lanes are a bit narrow so the cart sometimes causes the person in the next lane to scoot over to let it by.

Selection was good and store was clean however the prices are typically higher than other local grocery stores. Also the check out process takes way too long. They usually have one employee who unloads your cart, scans the item, and bags the item one item at a time. It is a massively inefficient system. It causes very long lines and wait times. I know there are better prices and better service elsewhere.

Outstanding service. Their employees are excellent and will help you find whatever you need in the store. Very nice cashiers and the store is very clean. Also has some of the nicest pharmacy staff.

The pace at this Harris Teeter is really slow. Do not plan to be in and out fast if you need to visit the Deli department!! The $5 Friday sub deal is fantastic but it costs a lot of time to get out of there!

Customer service has gone down hill. Plenty of managers walking around with ear pieces and walkie talkies, but not enough registers and no one bagging. Spent a ridiculously long period of time in line. I actually called the store to ask for someone to help my cashier bag. The customer in front of me started helping bag for another customer in front of her. Took them 10 min to get someone to help bag.
