I ordered the ficus tree. The description said it would be about 5 feet tall. It was more like 4 feet but it might grow. I know it's just a tree, and there was no artistic effort put into it. But, they delivered it on time though I did order it 3 days in advanced. I could have bought a tree from home depot for a fraction of the price and then paid a kid to bring it in, but c'est la vie.

Extremely disappointed. Order an arrangement on 1800 Flowers and was provided with an embarrassment in compare. Would never recommend to anyone.

The flower arrangement I order three days in advance was beyond terrible. When I went to pick it up the clerk gave me an arrangement with soggy flowers and random branches. I showed her the picture of the arrangement I wanted and she said, they had run out of carnations so they replaced them with branches. I paid $60 for the arrangement with 4 roses and 2 lilys and the rest were branches. I told her that I didn't want it BC it wasn't freshly made and poorly organized, she started to cry and apologize which was really bizarre since I was really nice about the whole thing. Lastly, she replaced the flowers w fresh ones and added a lot more flowers then said "this is way to big for what you paid for" even though I offered to pay for what she added to the arrangement, she refused. This was the first time I got flower s from this place, and I was only interested BC of their webpage. Do not be fooled.

Impossible to get off their email promotion list, despite calls and emails!!! Would never use them again
