Great place. Lots of options both in the store and online. Jamie was an incredible salesperson. He was great with am my questions and having to change delivery date several times. I would highly recommend him and will definitely shop here again.

Changed from 5 to a 2 after weeks of waiting for part of my furniture order to arrive.  I was told in store that it would be ~2 weeks for a couple big items.  My purchase was on the 31st of Aug...it is now the 7th of October.  Today was the scheduled delivery and I was scheduled for a morning drop-off.  It is now 1145 and I have heard absolutely nothing from the company.  When I called and spoke to a representative, I was told their warehouse delivery personnel left late, but there was no notification to me as the customer.  Now I have no idea when the items will be delivered and I have to shift/cancel all the rest of my weekend plans.  If this is the standard operating procedures for furniture delivery from this company, I will never shop there again.  I have wasted multiple weekends and have been without key furniture items for over a month when it was estimated at ~2 weeks.  As the customer...all I can do now is deal with it and wait... If they do not have items in stock, be very cautious about any promises made about delivery dates/times...you will be sorely disappointing if/when they don't fulfill their obligations or at least correctly/properly communicate those issues...don't tell me 2 weeks if its 5...and don't tell me a morning delivery and not notify me if/when your personnel are running late....

Did not buy, but had a good experience while shopping there. Salesman didn't make me feel pressured to buy. Friendly and honest service. I will shop there again if needed. Bigger place than you'd expect once you get inside.
