Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Ashley Furniture. We have bought several things from other Ashley Furniture stores and have had pleasant experiences. At this store we purchased a couch and paid the $250 for delivery because it was a remote city delivery. Only one delivery person showed up to deliver a large couch while my wife was at home with the baby alone. The deliver man made my wife help move the couch and even refused to deliver it to the basement which was where we needed it. Because he was alone the couch ended up being damaged in the process. I called and spoke to a manager at the store who apologized and said a new couch would be delivered. Now two weeks after it should have been delivered we have had no followup and no couch. I called this morning and spoke to the manager and got nothing from him to fix the issue. We will not be returning to Ashley Furniture in the future.

Was greeted upon arrival. They visited with me about what I was looking for gave me some direction and then let me look. They checked on me occasionally and when ii was ready helped me make mt purchase. A great r experience

Went into the store having no idea what I even wanted and our outstanding sale's associate , Katie V. Took charge and helped pick out the perfect living room set and bedroom furniture. She suggested end tables I would have never thought to pair and she nailed it! LOVE everything and she even followed up with us to make sure we are loving our ensemble! Great customer service, thank you!

I was in town visiting and stopped in on a whim with the intentions to just browse. I ended up coming across a headboard I had to have. With Katie's help I was able to purchase the headboard at the Grand Forks location so I wouldn't miss out on the sale, and she made arrangements for me to pick it up at a location in the Minneapolis area that was most convenient for me! Thanks for all your help, Katie! I love my purchase!

Ashley Furniture had a lot of great products and great associates to explain everything. Alex Thompson was our sales associate and he did an awesome job checking in on us (but was not over bearing) and was very willing to answer any and all questions we had and answer them very thoroughly. We also went on Labor Day and they had lots of awesome sales that day!
