Beware when buying an item on sale. If it rings up more than posted on the shelf, they argue with you. The saying goes "oh no that isn't on sale. Somebody must have put in the wrong place." I had to walk through the whole store to take a picture, on my phone, of the shelves loaded with sale item. Still a bit of argument ... but they did sell at sale price. They made me feel like a criminal. My next visit everything I had in my cart was to be 75% off. The clerk insisted the price that was ringing up was 75% off. Again, the customer was wrong. I went to the service desk and a very courteous young lady voided my sale and started over. I was overcharged a few cents short of $20.00. BEWARE!

Some workers need a attitude adjustment but I like the lady that runs customer service is great:-)

I like grandforks,nd kmart,but the employees are rude,totally unpleasant.I shop kmart often and shouldn't be treated rudely.Also some of the employee's are so stupid,they're not much help when you ask for something or to help you.They need better&more professional type employee's,because kmart is a pretty good to shop,just had ignorant employee's.

Kmart in Grand forks is a nice store. One thing I'm not happy about is I need to ride a scooter to get around and they are never charged or just barely. So then I leave.
