The customer service and policies of this place are ridiculous. About 1 1/2 months ago we purchased a lift chair at Grand Forks Slumberland for a family member who needed it. Two days ago, the motor in the chair died leaving the chair stuck in the upright position. Today, when we stopped in the store to discuss the warranty that had been purchased along with the chair, we were informed to call a customer service number in Minneapolis and that it would most likely take at least 2 weeks for anybody to get out to fix the chair. I cannot fathom how any compassionate human being would think a person in need of a lift chair in the first place could be without that function for 2 weeks. The manager on duty (Renae H) repeated over and over to call customer service and had no other options for us now stuck with a nonworking chair after only a short time since purchase. Thank you so much for no help what so ever!!!

They were really helpful when we went there and came and checked on us to see if we needed any help but didnt mess with us to much

The coworker who sold me a mattress did not explain the warranty policy to prevent the warranty to end up void. Nor, did I receive a packet from manufacturer explaining warranty terms. The coworker explained the great 10 year warranty yet failed to disclose important information. The threading of a $2,000 mattress came undone on side of mattress. Shows how cheap and fast it was made yet way over priced for the quality. Please, for future customers have your employees explain the main things to be aware about to avoid a voided warranty...

This was our second time purchasing at this Slumberland location. Our first ever mattress purchase. Tyler helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was very good about finding out our needs and wants and educating us on the options without being overbearing or pushy at all. He even called us after we left the store to let us know he found additional discounts! I would buy from here again anytime - and ask for Tyler!
