Attempted to buy a washer and dryer from this so-called business. Paid for the washer and dryer and was promised delivery in one week. Had verification from the home office through an email AND phone call that w/d would be delivered on a specified date. Waited for 4 hours for appliances to be delivered within the specified window....finally called 10 minutes after the delivery window. "Oh those appliances are on backorder....we can't get them in stock".   
No apology....no offer to upgrade.....nothing. It wasn't their fault. Fine. I told them to refund my money to the credit card. Yes sir, we will do that.
1 week later, the refund is still not showing up on the credit card. I call the store to inquire......."Sir, you have to come into the store with the card for us to refund the credit card". Absolutely unforgivable terrible customer service. You don't take thousands of dollars from a customer and don't deliver the product. As close to fraud as you can possibly get..... Do not....I repeat>>>>do not do business with these people. At best, they are incompetent....

They will not issue promised credit for a damaged fridge! Do not believe them when they say "we will issue you a "commissions"" I have been on the run around for 3 months for a very scratched up fridge I accepted because it was the SECOND damaged fridge on one order. Their prices are basically the same as anywhere so I suggest you shop there. Literally ANYWHERE ELSE! OUT OF $430 promised credit they will only credit $79.99

Furniture is fine. We're enjoying it. Delivery crew was friendly and did their job well. They talked the whole time, trying to sell me on an MLM they are involved in. That was a little uncomfortable, but other than that, they were great. The one star is because the sales person lied to us about free delivery. AND this is why I never believe a word a sales person--any sales person--says about anything to do what I am purchasing. I don't believe what they say about anything outside of the price marked on the tag. I'll never buy from Conn's again simply because I was told (even though I didn't ask) that delivery was free, and guess what? IT WASN'T. It was $149+.

Very frustrated and disappointed. Bought an extended warranty on washer and dryer. Dryer broke 17 months after purchase . Big run around and after 7 days still no appointment made for repair because they can't find a technician to accept any of Conns warranty work in Augusta, Ga. Next time use a store that honors the warranties they sell.

They were very nice and worked with us on getting the smart refrigerator. We were in and out not even an hour. 
And the guys that delivered it to the house were very nice and set it up our new smart refrigerator with no problems.
