Most professional shop I have dealt with in the area. Reading previous reviews and seeing all positive except one about a warranty, yet I have never had any issue with a warranty or repair by Phone Surgeons of Augusta. If i had an issue the 'Doctor of Device' aka Jonathan, would fix it without question and always goes out of his way to make me feel special! Number one shop period, don't let the other shops rip you off! Let Phone Surgeons save you some money and make a lasting impression with the most quality work in the city!

Great shop! Jonathan repaired my iPhone quickly and was by far the best price. Had a slight cosmetic blemish on the new screen after the repair, took it back and even though he was working on other devices, he made me priority and quickly changed out the screen at no charge, which fixed the blemish. I would recommend them highly and would never take my devices anywhere else. Phone Surgeons of Augusta is the best for everything from speed of repair, to honoring their lifetime warranty!

There is no other place in town that compares to Phone Surgeons. Friendly and knowledgeable service providing a product that is truly top of the line. And did I mention the prices? I drive 45 minutes out of my way to make sure I got the best deal, and it was Phone Surgeons hands down.

Jonathan was incredible and so nice.  He was quick, efficient, and friendly.  Plus, you can't beat the price.  I will be going back if anything else happens to my phone.

Best quality work and get prices. Only shop I trust to tell me the truth and not rip my and my husband off. Jonathan is kind and courteous, not to mention very knowledgeable. I recommend him highly to everyone!
