Recently I had an exam at CT Ear, Nose & Throat Associates to determine the type of Vertigo I was dealing with and ongoing treatment. I could not be happier with my visit. Entering the office to a large, bright, comfortable lounge type waiting area. The support staff were polite, and very prompt with my intake info. I then met with Emily, an Audiologist who was very professional, detailed and explained the hearing tests being performed. Once testing was complete Emily provided a brief overview of the second part of the 'Vertigo workup' The second phase of my exam was done by Brian, a Physical Therapist. I felt right at home with him within moments of our interview, prior to the the start of my exam. Throughout the process Brian kept me informed and made me feel very relaxed. The exam technology is very cool. I then sat with Dr. Eisen and I felt very comfortable because of Dr. Eisen's style and genuine care for my well being. He explained in great detail about the Vertigo I'm dealing with, telling me he knew exactly the type, cause and cure. It doesn't get much better then that. I was very satisfied with my visit.... a good day.

Frustrated with their lack of price transparency and unnecessary prescriptions/services. Felt like I got scammed. AVOID. EDIT: I originally wrote this shortly after calling the number for billing questions. The employee I talked to at time was not helpful and disinterested in my concerns. I'm not sure if you've reached out to me since your post... I've only received a call from a blocked number. I'd gladly set up a phone call to discuss. Please email me to set something up.

My daughter was scheduled to see Dr. Bonaiuto on December 8th (at least that is what our card said) it turns out the appointment was really January 8th. My daughter had another ear infection and may have lost a tube in her left ear. Despite not seeing patients late on Fridays Dr. Bonaiuto honored what my card said and saw my daughter. He was so nice and didn’t rush the visit. We have never had a bad experience here and would recommend Dr. Bonaiuto.

My 2 yr old was seen here and we loved it. Dr. Bonaiuto was so great with her. He made her feel so comfortable. He preformed surgery on her, and even that experience was amazing. The facility is so clean and neat. The secretary's are all so friendly and kind. I am very happy we chose to bring our 2 yr old here. Thank you Dr. Bonaiuto and staff!

I've been to this practice twice, and both times was dissatisfied. the first time was for a sinus infection which had lingered past 5 weeks.. the Dr who saw me did not ask about or explain the invasive procedure before he performed it- a very dangerous thing for a person with my connective tissue disorder. The second time I arrived an hour early to get handicapped parking ( I am a wheelchair user) and then waited two hours to be seen by the audiologist. During the hearing test, she finally realized that the equipment was broken and she had to repeat the test with me screaming from the booth "YES" each time I heard a sound. One of my degrees is in speech pathology and audiology and I found this to be extremely unprofessional- plus I am unsure that my test results were valid. Nevertheless, my insurance company was billed. I will not be returning to this practice, and as I was chosen by the local Johns Hopkins team to develop a service providers list, this group will NOT be on it.
