First time here and I couldn't be more happy. The people at the desk are very friendly and gave me all the information I needed as soon as I came in. The nurses are very professional and took great care of me while making sure I was comfortable in the room. The wait at the front was about 20 minutes and maybe another 5 minutes in the room before the doctor came in. The doctor was very polite and after checking some vitals knew exactly what the issue was. I even asked for a doctors note for work and they had no issues giving me a note even during the busy hours. I'm very impressed with this clinic and in case of emergencies is a definite go to.

I've been here 4 times now once for myself,  once for my son and twice for my husband.  The place is very new the lobby is very nice and modern.  They have free coffee and water bottles which is a very nice touch while waiting.  They are so much faster than going to the E. R.  the receptionists are very nice and  quick.  The nurses are mostly young people but they were all good at their jobs and were nice as well. If you are looking for an alternative for the E. R.  I recommend this place

The doctors were friendly and knowledgeable - this review is for their accounting practices and wait time. I waited forever when I went to be seen for a TB test - which I paid for when I was there. 
I returned again because I was in CT temporarily in June and got a prescription filled. Found out today (December) that apparently I have a bill for $125 - they auto charged me for a portion of the bill without my knowledge using the cc they had on file a few weeks ago and are now requesting the remainder be paid.... sounds shady because this is the first communication I received from them regarding this issue.

Took my daughter here in November they charged me $100 copay. My copay is $35 both myself and my insurance company have contacted them about refunding my over payment and without resolution

Went there Friday afternoon in mega pain & nausea. Staff was so nice to me APRN knowlegable gave me an injection & script for antibiotic
Never have I been treated with such respect. Office was clean not even 10 min wait I highly recommended this facility 
I will return if I ever need to as my primary doc ok but staff are so rude. 
Also they do a lot of medical things there Awesome
