The State employees credit Union has been very helpful in a number of situations. Also, the manager has been very informative and knowledgeable. I have always been guided in the right direction each time I had an issue. In addition, you can't beat the savings account interest rates they offer. They certainly beat a number of other Banks. AAA +++

Don’t know what happened to this location, but it’s gone downhill. Called the other day and the woman/ girl I spoke with had a horrible personality. She seemed almost annoyed to be answering the call and assisting me.. A few days later I had to stop into the branch. It appears there all new tellers and each one has a look of disgust on their face.. Bring back all the old tellers that had great personalities… The branch manager is great, but that’s about it.

Been a member since Nixon was in office. Can't beat their rates, and being non-profit, they don't rob you with incessant fees. Of course you must be a state employee or family member, closed to outside folks. They have saved me countless times.

Misleading, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They don’t care about you AT ALL.

Newington Ofc - Extremely rude customer service representative.  Childish, inappropriate for a business.  Hartford Ofc - I’ve since only done business with the Hartford office. On several different visits there every employee has provided exceptional customer service!!

My moms been with you for well over 30 maybe 40 years since I can remember from Middletown she still with you through retirement and deals w the newington branch now  I want to thank everyone for the care and concern that you instill on us I'm on her acct.now for a while and your all so very helpful and nice to me also she will be 83 In a month so yes I'd say a long time since I can remember I wanted to say thankyou to you all for the excellence you have giving her and now me ..
