Absolute WORST customer service of any citizens bank i have ever been too. Time and time again they fail at helping my needs and can never seem to explain why they can not help. On top of that they're always extremely rude, especially the branch manager. I would highly recommend making the trip to the west hartford, south main street location.

The manager of the Citizens Bank on 190 Trumbull St, Hartford CT is BAD and worst you may have. between 2014 and 2015.He is Liar and made my account expenses and extra payment every months that have never had before. also he change my old address to the new address and after that he change again to the old address. 
  My question is: How the Citizens Bank may have a "manager" like this? U can not change anything  in my account Mr manager.

Before trying Citizens Bank I hardly ever incurred a fee.  After just a year they probably have me for 300$ at least.  The online statements are misleading in almost every way, and the fees come in at weird times and are exorbitantly high.  Save yourself a lot of money and go somewhere else.

I am happy to write a review for Citizens bank. It is so nice dealing with a local bank where you dont feel lost in some impersonal calling tree of an overly large, poorly managed corporation like M&T Bank. The people at Citizens are pleasant, knowledgeable and really act like they want your business. It is quite refreshing.
