A very nice school- a lot better than my elementary school. The food is a lot better, too. This school is an A+ school, so it makes sense because they get more funding.

I actually love this school. My daughter has done well here and the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because when she initially arrived, at the end of her sixth grade year, with only 4 weeks left in the year, we had to wait 10 days to meet the principal for her to be allowed to attend class. My daughter has never experienced any kind of bullying, and has lots of friends there. It's a very diverse environment. She is in honor classes, and one of the things I really like is that she participates in peer mentoring. She was part of a group of honor students who, on a regular basis, meet with students having difficulties. They meet in a group setting with a faculty member. This is done on a totally voluntary basis but it really impacted her regarding the decisions that she makes.

The teachers are nice but there are some weird kids and bullying happens 24 7 and they say they do everything to stop, but that is a huge lie.

Good people on campus, full of nice people. Way too accepting of Social Justice Ideals. (allowing the wage gap myth to circulate unchallenged and supporting girls more than guys). Heard that some kid had his flag taken away one day at Aspire? Is that true? Also heard that Trump Supporters are getting threatened. Overall, pretty meh. Feel free to correct any misunderstandings in this. After reading a few other reviews, its seems there were a bunch of 5 stars with nothing on them. Strange, but the other reviews had other points. Too many fights, many bad teachers, though most are good. Overall: Too many fights, diversity, pro SJW things, free computers, orchestra, jerkbags that attend a huge amount of classes, people who cry and moan about stupid things and stare at you when you land on your leg and just watch you suffer, and way too much strictness on the dress code. Seriously, i just untuck my shirt because I think it looks gay. Oh yeah, they dont allow a kid to wave an American flag around but allow a bunch of kids to have LGBT wrist bandanas. As if gay people need even more cradling.

My name is Trevor Pryor I attended CMS sometime in 2010. I was at school and I was one of the first students on campus just sitting at a bench. I had my iPod in at the time (still alone at the bench and basically campus) a teacher comes up to me and says that I cant be listening to my iPod before nor after the first period bell. He then confiscated my iPod and had to go to the office after school to get it back. Last period bell rings, I go to the office and tell the front desk people why I'm there. Mind you, the last bell had already rung so students were leaving campus to go home. I get a phone call/text and take it out of my pocket to see who it is. turns out it wasn't important, and as I'm putting it away the front desk lady said I cant have my phone out in the office but I explain to her that it could have been my Mom trying to contact me. (I didn't even respond to the message) They didn't listen to what I had to say so as they were explaining to me why they were about to take my phone from me, I called my mom and explained that I was about to have my phone taken away. As soon as she heard she headed to the school. So she (front desk lady) took my phone from me and as she was headed back to the desk she said to me, "I bet you one-hundred dollars you won't get your phone back, baby". So being the 7th grader I was I told her, "I bet you one-hundred dollars I will". As I was waiting for my mom to get there, another office employee (older lady) comes up to me, leans in and says, "You don't belong at this school". I was a little confused because I was still a relatively new student. I replied, "Yes I do, I'm already enrolled here". She then said "No, you don't belong HERE". After that everything was kinda a blur but I did get my phone back. On top of that I have had multiple cases of girls my age at the time say that a specific teacher on campus looks down girls shirts, and I've seen it happen in person as well.
