I recently moved to MI for a new job, and my former insurance guy (and friend) told me to look for a private insurer that could quote multiple companies for the best rates. I decided to try Conrad's because they were close by & had good reviews. They were very helpful in the beginning, but it wasn't until recently that I would say they went absolutely above & beyond.
I had been quoting a new vehicle, but could not lock in the insurance without the VIN. When I finally got the vehicle, the dealer told me technically I couldn't even take it off the lot without insurance (even trailered). I called Conrads about 20 minutes before their closing time & they had me insured & good to go within about a half hour. I'm sure they wanted to get out of work, but stayed to make sure the job was done & really helped me out in a bind. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. The customer service is above and beyond.

Kim was my agent today! She was so incredibly helpful with my transition from out of state! She was kind, patient, and called me back several times to follow up with me on my multiple issues. She showed empathy at my difficult situation and did literally everything she could to get me the best rate! I am so happy with my service and my choice to have Conrad Insurance Agency handle my auto insurance needs!
