Love this local establishment.  Food is great, beer selection is great (42 choices). Service is great, always attentive, even when busy. My only critique is that the Desserts are made from local recipes and taste excellent but the slices have gotten smaller and prices are way too high for the size of the slice.

We have gone to Conrad's many times since I moved to Liberty, and have never had anything but a wonderful experience there. I've gone for family dinners, work functions, and just nights out with the gals and always thought the service and food was fantastic. I am not much of a drinker myself but my friends that are seems to really enjoy the wide variety of beers on tap and the different wines. Personally, I love their steaks and the carrot cake is to die for!

Wonderful experience.  Handmade onion rings prepared perfectly.  Service and management were stellar.   Large selection of unique local and regional beers also available.  Love it when locally owned and operated restaurants blow the socks off the big chains.  Nicely done, Conrad's.  We will be back.

The following is an actual conversation I had with an employee of Conrad's over the phone:
me: "Hello I would like to get a reservation for Valentines Day"
guy on phone: "How many people in your party?"
me: ???????????? "two?"
guy on phone: "OH! ummmmm? you don't really need a reservation for just two."
me: "Are you sure? it is Valentines Day and you are the biggest steak house in Liberty."
guy on phone: "yeah you should be able to just walk in"
me: "Are you sure? it is Valentines Day and you are the biggest steak house in Liberty." (he is clearly not getting it)
guy on phone: "Well I can take your name down and they can have something setup for you"
me: "Isn't that called a reservation?"
guy on phone: "like I said we don't take reservations"
me: "But you will put my name on a list and expect me to be there?"
guy on phone: "yeah"
me: "Do you know what a reservation is?............."

We go to Conrad's to watch Mizzou games. We usually order a meal as well as drinks. They have a number of beer options, some less well known. The food is good. I often have a burger and really like the "black & blue" burger. We have had several other meal options and have liked them. They have steaks, some pastas, chicken options, and other "bar foods".  They also have good iced tea. One negative, to me, is that they have changed to a system where they seat you instead of a bar-like place where you choose your table. Because we go to watch a game, I prefer being able to choose a table which I prefer for viewing the game.
