I’ve never been more embarrassed in my life. I’m 24 years old and had to present 3 ID just to order a drink. Seriously, this place needs to understand gov ID doesn’t lie. I understand driver licenses but thank goodness I had another ID. Just be aware. Plan of ahead. First experience at this place and will most likely be my last time coming to this place.

In the 90 min we we're there, our waitress changed once, received a meat dish when ordered without it. Waited for the main dish for over 40 min. without clarity about it's arrival, finally had to cancel it. Food was not bad but not something to the level I have experienced in other cities TCCF. The only saving grace was the interior ambience and the cheesecake we bought to go. They need to work on the customer experience.

Just for the record, I wish there was a negative star review option. The 22nd we ate at Cheesecake Factory for my best friend's birthday. It was the worst experience I ever had at Cheesecake Factory! We usually come for good food and a good experience but we got neither! We walked in with a 45 minute wait, sat at the bar, a glass broke and the shards flew in my friends face! This was just the beginning. Then, we sat down and waited for our drinks for a half hour from the bar. When we ordered the food, it came out at 4 different times. They also came out 30 minutes apart from each other. My food was so hot from sitting under the heat lamp for so long, the girl told me to "use the towel to hold the plate." Not only that, but all of our food was dry and terrible. The only positive note was that the waitress was nice and helpful up until the end when she lost my friend's money she had given the waitress for payment.

Sat at the bar during the super bowl for about 5 minutes without service. Decided to just get cheesecake and that took about ten minutes. Pretty sure they try and say quick service, but I have the complete opposite.

I go here every year for Christmas Eve dinner. Wait is always long, as expected, but staff is usually great. Food is usually prepared really fast. Get here between 5-7 for less wait time.
