All businesses have two operating modes; the first is the well planned and executed day to day operation.Dove Witt consistently sets high marks here. But the second mode is when despite the best plans and execution OCCASIONALLY something goes wrong. How an organization works in this second mode demonstrates the difference between a good organization and a GREAT one. Yes we had two unusual, but serious glitches in our planned services. However they were handled with quite, dignified and extraordinary care. I so appreciate the care and value shown that I am (pre) planning my next service with this Great organization.

It was a pleasure to work with Dove-Witt. They are kind, caring, and understanding. They never pushed anything on us and respected our wishes on handling our sons body. I never once felt uncomfortable or like I did not matter. Mike, the director, worked hard to push our sons death certificate through so we could have him cremated and Georgie was kind and sweet. While I hope I never have to come back in the near future, I would happily come back to Dove-Witt.

I wish I could give more stars. They did amazing with my grandfather 7 years ago and with my grandmother in February of 2017. Mike really knows how to make the process easier and even went out of his way to surprise us with labels with my grandmothers name and picture. Over all I wish I could give dove Witt a billion stars.

We do personalized video for the funerals upon request at Dove-Witt, and we always enjoy working with the amazing, supportive staff, and being there along side to help people!
