Everyone was incredibly friendly, even to the degree of offering me a cough drop. Not the most straightforward of processes, but they worked with me to ensure I could get my visa processed prior to my flight.

I called to canceled my wife’s appointment and it took it so around 10 min to be able to speak with someone and twice their were rude and hand out on me. They are not people willing to help their people so sad.

Good customer service, in total I was there for 1-130 hours for passport, a lot better than before

I had no problems I got all the documents that I need it. Don't make copies of your documents because they won't need it. Take a book with you because the wait is long. Their parking is super small other than that be patient.
