Very good for the price..rooms are pretty spacious and there is a small kitchen as well. Breakfast is pretty basic thought.. just a few items like muffins, oatmeal and granola bars..plus coffee.. the sugar house one has a nice location with many stores and restaurants nearby

It's not a great hotel, the night staff is especially not good. Not a fan of being interrogated because I'm coming and going to smoke at night and apparently look suspicious

Front desk check in was easy and the staff member was very friendly and professional. He delivered a crib to our room promptly and got us some extra bedding too. The room was comfortable albeit a little dated. Even though it is a non-smoking facility, it must have been allowed at one point because the room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. It's located on a quaint downtown area with walking access to local shopping and dining. There is also a large walking park directly behind the hotel.

Caution. Not clean. Parking and back of property rooms feel "shady". Front desk isn't helpful. Unfriendly. More like a dealer and solicitor hangout than a business property.
