Unprofessional. Hours say 11:30-5pm no one answers the phone and no one in the office. Crappy

No one answered their phone. I need information but no one was there to give that information. Their way of helping people is so unprofessional. Come on guys service 8am to 2pm (most people work). It seems that at the Mexican Consulate the last thing they want to do is help their own people.

Estimado consul del Peru, Mi nombre es Mariella Diaz y vivo en Boise, Idaho. Soy ciudadana del Peru asi como de los EEUU tambien. Le escribo para darles una idea. Los dias como hoy, 5 de Octubre 2014, donde muchos de peruanos que vivimos en el extranjero deseamos votar pero por falta de un consulado en nuestra ciudad preferimos no hacerlo. Pienso que nuestro consulado deberia tener un consulado mobil en los dias de eleccion y dejarnos saber por radio o algun medio publicitario en demanda (ejemplo: Facebook). Somos muchos peruanos los que vivimos en Boise y nos encantaria votar (aun asi no tengamos una multa por vivir en el extranjero). Soy business manager de una firma de abogados de inmigracion aqui en Boise y trabajo directamente con el Consulado Mexicano. Ellos ayudan bastante a sus ciudadanos mexicanos en ciudades lejanas de la localidad del Consulado de esta manera,con un consulado mobil. Espero que esta idea sea llevada a discusion y si necesitarian peruanos voluntarios por aca cuenten conmigo! Abrazos calurosos desde Boise, Mariella Diaz
