Bad service. I call to ask some question , there is no human person available to answer the questions. They ask to leave the message with name and phone number , but then the call just cut. There is no voice mail available. You have to wait for appointment for two weeks. There is no way to expedite things in case of emergency.

I hate dealing with the consulate, the service is the worst. 3 weeks ago I sent an email with a question and asked for a call back and of course no one called. today I'm calling with a question and of course you can't talk to no one and the option 9 to leave a massage not working and to go on the website to send an email or to book an appointment not working cause something is wrong and the website is not loading. I'm so happy I don't live in Israel cause this reflects the tough life you have to deal with everyday!!!!!

Very professional staff. Did my APPOINTMENT thru embassies.gov.il/la. Everything went smooth. Did my notary papers and even extended my passport. Guys was very nice and friendly. I don't know why there is so many complaints?? This is serious diplomatic agency, and in my opinion you have to behave accordingly. Also, there is no phone customer service, go to website and leave the email like every modern adult. Be nice and you will be treated like a king!

Okay, so here's the deal. I'm an Israeli citizen who's passport just recently expired and I'm trying to get it renewed. Just like everyone else here, so far no one answered the phone or gotten back to me via email (Typical Israeli Public Service Behavior). Only difference is, I live all the way in Denver, Colorado and they don't have an Israeli consulate here. If any of you have had any kind of luck in the past getting a renewal for your passport, I urge you to tell everyone about it over here in the review section. Share whatever knowledge you may have to make people's lives easier. It will help not only me, but also to everyone else who is trying to get the same thing done. Thank you. -Yakov

You can call and leave a massage, they will call you back in 1 to 2 business days. We had to go to LA because we change names and we needed to renew passports also. Appointment was on time, the lady was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable.
