This website does not replace the existing ways of communication between the Consulate General of Greece and the public. Therefore, information regarding matters of Visas for Greece, Powers of Attorney, Greek Citizenship, Military Service, issuing of Greek Passports, Repatriations, etc., as well as arranging appointments for any matter, will continue to take place via telephone or e-mail.

The information on the websites, to which we refer the public via links on our website, includes, among other things, news about Greek foreign policy, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and its Missions abroad, as well as a selection of news regarding Greece, and events involving the Greek-American community in the area of our jurisdiction. The information, comments, and views contained on these webpages is of exclusively informative nature, and does not necessarily reflect our views. Moreover, under no circumstances should it be assumed that the Consulate General of Greece in Los Angeles guarantees the reliability, accuracy, validity or comprehensiveness of the information contained on shared pages and links.
The Facebook page of the Consulate General of Greece in Los Angeles is not available for the promotion or advertisement of businesses, nor for commercial purposes in general.
The Hellenic Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Consulate General of Greece in Los Angeles encourage direct and transparent exchange of views. Nevertheless, the administrator of the page maintains the discretion to publish or not comments or views that violate the terms of use, that should always follow the basic rules of decency and proper conduct. Therefore, comments containing verbally abusive, pornographic, racist, anti-hellenic, discriminating of religious convictions and sexual orientation, and in general insulting content, or violating intellectual property, containing messages for promotion of products or with content clearly irrelevant to the subject matter of the posting, will be deleted.

Συνεπώς παροχή πληροφοριών για θέματα στρατολογίας, ιθαγένειας, πληρεξουσίων, εκδόσεως διαβατηρίων , θεωρήσεων εισόδου, μετοικεσιών, κ.ο.κ. καθώς και προγραμματισμός ραντεβού για οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα, θα συνεχίσουν να πραγματοποιούνται τηλεφωνικά ή μέσω email.

Το Γενικό Προξενείο επίσης διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αποκλείει την πρόσβαση στην ιστοσελίδα σε άτομα που παραβιάζουν τους όρους χρήσης.
Το Γενικό Προξενείο της Ελλάδος στο Λος Άντζελες ουδεμία ευθύνη φέρει για σχόλια και απόψεις, που δεν αναρτώνται από το ίδιο, ούτε για τυχόν προσβολή, που μπορεί να προκαλούν σε τρίτους. Κατά συνέπεια δεν επιτρέπεται η αναπαραγωγή σχετικών σχολίων ή απόψεων κατά τρόπο που να υπονοεί ότι το περιεχόμενό τους αντανακλά τις απόψεις του Γενικού Προξενείου.
Επιτρέπεται η αναδημοσίευση περιεχομένου της σελίδας μας είτε μέσω της διαδικασίας “share”, όπου ειδικά δίνεται τέτοια δυνατότητα, είτε μέσω ενσωμάτωσης (embed) περιεχομένου σε προσωπικές ιστοσελίδες, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι αυτά δεν θα αλλοιωθούν, τροποποιηθούν ή μεταβληθούν κατά τρόπο που αντιβαίνει στους σκοπούς δημοσίευσής τους.
