This place is deplorable!!!!!! Just now for the second pulled him out of this nightmare rehab. Sponge baths are very rough and in humane! Case manager said they didn't now much about insur. And they couldn't push doctors! Mandatory! Life Threatening Orders! Nurses are horrible! Nurse igore you at station. They do not acknowledge you on puppose! Our dad was walking when he got there 2 weeks ago. Now in a fetal possition. They put healthy no virus infected people in the same room with those infected! And we saw va drug transition with a nurse and man in woods!!!!!!!!!!!!!!$!

I absolutely loved working here and under the supervision of Erik. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to quit. I enjoyed the smiles and patients greeting me every night I came in by name. I knew they were grateful for the care and compassion. Iwas always eager to come into work. I worked 11pm to 7am but the management were always great and welcoming.

Why is it that a certain nurse who works the night shift is continuously late coming to work. This causes certain nurses from evening shift to have to stay over, therefore causing these nurses to be late getting out and home.?

5/16/2016 Why is it that you cannot get your night staff to work on
time and ready to go when the shift starts? This put the evening shift late getting out and puts them at risk on the roads,  especially those who have a ways to travel. I suggest you have a mandatory staff meeting and reiterate that getting to work on time is mandatory.

5/21/2016 Again tonight, a certain nurse working at Consulate of Orange Park decides to show up an hour late for her shift. She makes it quite difficult for the previous shift to give report, count narotics and get out on time before the"bar crowds" let out. If those administrative folks at Consulate of Orange Park don't seem to be concerned, maybe a call to corporate is in order. Let's not push the issue any farther.

5/22/2016  Again, I ask this question!!! Why do particular employees of the night shift at Consulate of Orange Park feel they are priviledged to show up for work when the feel it is okay with them. It is becoming a habit. Also. it puts those on the previous shift at risk driving home at wee hours of the A.M. along with the "bar crowd." Does not anyone care?  Is there even anyone to put these questions to? Someone who just might listen and maybe take the "bull by the horns" and do something about this on-going problem  I just hope and pray that those leaving the facility at early A.M. hours arrive home safe and sound to their families.
