very poor customer service. I walked in and I was overwhelmed by the selection of tiles, so I ask for help, the associate said the following, " have of the showroom is tiles, go look as we are busy. we'll jump in to help you" I told the associate that I have no idea of how to pick the tile from the vast selection. this was the response I got. I not going back to the showroom with that type of customer services that basically tell you to go look. I'll take the money and go to a different showroom that I hope have far superior customer service than this dump.

I love working with the Everett bunch. They make me feel like I'm in my own design studio. "One on one" always, assistance with my clients and the attention to detail and product knowledge... Next to none. The showroom is always clean and products easy to find. I'm extremely proud to bring all my clients to the Everett Contract Furnishing Mart I consider them to be part of Kitchens for Cooks/ Residential Design Services, my company

i'm an owner of Unique Stone Construction llc, a construction company that specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodel and we also do lots of tile work Great staff with expertise in the product they sell our company buys all of the product through them and we also send all our clients to them and there hasn't been 1 time where we would not be treated welcomed and cared of Great company Great staff Great costumer service A+++ 5star rating I strongly recommend them for all your surfaces needs

I am an interior designer and contractor in the Greater Seattle Area and have followed Glenda Patton from Contract Furnishings Mart from the Redmond CFM to the Everett CFM. She is truly a gem for help with tile! She is my go to gal for all flooring questions and for assistance with things I may not be so familiar with! I have learned so much about products by attending their many seminars and the customer appreciation events are fun too! I would highly recommend Glenda of Contract Furnishings Mart to all designers and contractors out there!
