My wife took a fall today, a Holiday, and got carpet burns on her face and forehead. Not knowing how to treat it, we went to Lee Health Convenient Care, arriving mid-afternoon. We were greeted promptly and were taken to an exam room by Amber, an LPN. She was very friendly and efficient, and in our opinion, did an exceptional job. Dr. Islam came in, quickly examined my wife's wounds, and prepared a prescription. The staff were cleaning the waiting room as we exited, and wished her a quick recovery. Our entire experience was a very positive one, and when we went across the parking lot to fill the prescription, our experience was equally good.

This is an excellent medical facility. From Precious, (the receptionist), to Reggie, (the x ray tech), and Cathy the Physicians Assistant, the care that I received was excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional! The facility itself is spotless. I would highly recommend this Convenient Care Center.

This was my first time visit here. I dealt with a total of 5 people here; the receptionist, registration and 3 people in the back. All were very welcoming and a pleasure to talk with. The lady who took my vitals, etc. offered to get me a juice or water while I waited to be seen, how nice is that! There was basically no wait at all, this place is very efficient.

Always had great service here. Check in girls have great attitudes. Price is right and so nice after calling my doctor whom can't fit me in until a week from now. I am not ill a week from now.....doctors and techs LISTEN. They do the best they can. 5 stars.

I went in here scared out of my mind but the staff took great care of me and are exactly the type of people I'd want helping me through my heath problems. Doctor and nurses showed great interest and didn't make me feel stupid like other places have. Highly recommend.
