One trip through left pink stains on my hood that had to be BUFFED out to remove. I didn't go back or make a bid deal out of it. 
This past Sunday I went through as I have 20+ times.  When I got to my destination, I got out and realized the left rear quarter panel molding was torn off.  I called and the guy working there said he would look for it.  I drove back in hopes to get the molding and reattach myself as long as it was not destroyed.  He never really looked for it from what I could see then took my name and number for a "manager" to call me back on.  
A week went by and I heard nothing.  I called today and the same kid is now trying to tell me they don't cover damage to "loose moldings".  My molding was not loose in any way. He was rude and I hung up.  I'm in the process of trying to track down the owner, this is no way to run a business.  Heaven forbid some REAL body damage were done...I assume they would stone-wall that as well in hopes that it would go away.
