The same thing that happened to another reviewer happened to me also. The person motioned to my wife to move her tires to the right a fraction of a second before her tires hit the track, and it made the vehicle jump the track. Thankfully there was no damage, but he was really rude when I confronted him about it. He was playing on his phone before and was clearly distracted. Refused to give me his name, saying he didn't have one. I cancelled my membership right then. Also, what happened to this place? It used to use quality soaps, but now it doesn't get the car as clean as it used to, and the vacuums don't work like they should. The workers seem to just want to pile as many cars as they can into the wash, and don't really pay attention to traffic or the direction of the car onto the track. This is not a good car wash, if you want a quality wash with competent employees, go to Car Wash USA on Dave ward drive.

I purchased unlimited  carwash which I was excited to use. However, many times the carwash experience has barely any foam to clean car, tire sprayer clearly had no fluid and the attendant directing my car onto the wheel carrier doesn't  get how to get my car lined up. The last three times has been the same problem. The employee Kaira or Cara is rude and has no concern if one tire to be replaced cost more than her whole paycheck . I am canceling my membership.

Zips in Conway is ok, but the other ones in little rock and Bryant will get your car a lot cleaner, I wish they would do a lot of upgrades to the one in conway

They have a really neat monthly fee program which I love! I pay $15/month and I can wash my car as many times as I want. If that's not for you, it's only $7/drive-thru car wash. Also, vacuum usage is free with a car wash. I highly recommend them.

Zips Car Wash is great. They have monthly unlimited wash memberships starting at $14.95/ month... And their single wash purchases start at $6. Great customer service, eager to assist, and always looking out for the customers.
