I have used many Splash car washes around central Arkansas and never had a problem with any of them.  This particular wash, however, consistently fails to thoroughly clean my vehicles.  I would never expect an automatic wash to do as good a job as a hand wash, but this wash has failed to remove things like dirt from the hood of my car that otherwise comes off by wiping with your hand.  

I have literally pulled out of this wash on two occasions and wiped body panels with my hand removing dirt. I have washed a small SUV, Large SUV, and a pickup in this wash, very common vehicles, and see this problem on all of them.
