I wanted to send a football themed cookie package to my son in Boston in time for finals and a big game. The NY-based company I usually rely on first said they couldn’t send to a “box” address (in his dorm) then told me it would take a week to get there. Cookies by Design to the rescue! I ordered online and within 2 days he had fresh baked Patriots cookies hand-delivered! I will definitely use Cookies by Design again for all my cookie needs!

John Lessard isn't just the nicest cookie baker, he's a real human being. When my daughter was in the hospital John was so kind to figure out how/when to deliver the cookies timing it with her arrival home that afternoon. Turns out following surgery...she wasn't right home and when I called him, he told me not to worry. He said as soon as I know to let him know and he'd deliver. He and his team are wonderful people who did deliver. not only that....but the Get Well gift turned into a Happy Birthday gift as it was her birthday a week later. All is well that ends well. Literally. Thank You, John, for caring. So unusual in such a fast paced world. You are the cookie sweetheart not the cookie monster!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a basket for delivery for a 13th birthday. Three days later I received an email saying that they canceled the order and nothing was delivered. When I called, the manager said that he was busy and would return my call shortly. No call back. I called again two days later and same story. He was out driving around and would call me back when he got back to the store. No call back. Do not shop here. They are rude and unprofessional.
