My morning stop for coffee.  Great coffee. Great staff sometimes the owner opens as well. He is very professional and focuses on customer satisfaction and it trickles down to his staff. Highly recommend

This place really let itself go. I haven't been in town for a while and was really ashamed to see how filthy the bathroom was, trash cans were practically over flowing! I also saw a couple little gnats in the display case and lost my appetite. Plus the staff isn't nearly as kind as they used to be. So many changes, and none are any good!

Edit: due to owners response I would like to say that his defensiveness speaks for the friendliness of this "establishment". I am not mistaken on where this review is for, and to try and discredit a customers negative experience based on semantics rather than take ownership of your oversights and carelessness is disappointing. For clarification, you have more than one trash can in the building, I sincerely apologize for not making it clear that I was speaking on the cleanliness of more than just your unisex bathroom.

Best coffee and pastries in Needham! The baristas take their espresso drinks seriously and the sticky buns are amazing. Lots of other fantastic French pastries you won't find anywhere else.

Great service, delicious pasteries plus sandwiches, kisch,  custom blended coffees and imported teas. A jazzy, comfortable atmosphere and a great place to meet.

I love this place. Best place in Needham. Actually, best place anywhere near. Food, coffee, and staff are all phenomenal.
