Love taking the kids here and spending time eating ice cream at the tables. They always have great customer service, Kat was especially helpful when my son dropped his ice cream! She helped us clean it up and was so kind to him while he was a bit embarrassed.
The service here was amazing! Marlene was my server and made me feel so welcomed! She had such a great energy that really rubbed off on me and genuinely made my day better!! the food was great and I cannot wait to come again and try something else!
I recently visited this location and was astonished by the amazing customer service I received from your employee, Marlene. Right from the start she showed me the upmost respect and the kindest manners. She has the sweetest soul and I can tell she really loves and appreciates her job. If there’s one thing you should do, it’s never fire her or let her leave you. She is a gift truly.
Twistee Treat is always one of our favorite dessert spots. We always try to hunt them down when we travel. This spot did not disappoint. They are always friendly and very clean, inside and out. Thank you for doing what you do.
The worker William is the best twisty treat worker I’ve ever encountered. The gentleman went the extra mile to help me when they forgot something in my order and fixed it right away. His customer service communication is well beyond a normal worker. I would definitely come back again because of William.
Loved your ice cream. My kids wanted to see your store since it was an ice cream. Met a very nice young man, I think his name was Will, that gave us the history.
Lots of choices of ice cream. Good experience. I think they only have a drive thru but I think there are limited seats outside. They were quick with the order.
Ordered a peanut butter milkshake with marshmallow. Not really sure what I got, vanilla with some sort of candy in it? Also, it was more melted than my girlfriend’s, almost like I got an extra shake from a previous order. Still tasted fine it’s ice cream. Next time if the cashier says “here’s this one”, I’ll ask what it is.
Hands down! This is one of the best ice cream spots in Tampa.... not only is the ice cream amazing but the prices are perfect... why waste time with Cold Stone when you have a Twistee Treat in the neighborhood
Awesome! I loved the sitting area out front. They also have a drive thru. Large selection from ice cream, cookies, frozen drinks and tacos. Great prices!
