I was super excited when I found out there was an ice cream shop dedicated to low carb ice cream. I haven't had soft serve in a long time and it was so good. I got "death by chocolate" and it tasted like regular ice cream- sweet and creamy. I don't like most keto ice creams because they taste so fatty and I can always taste the thickeners and other additives. This was nothing like keto ice cream.  We were trying to figure out what the ingredients are in the ice cream because the website says they don't use any artificial sweeteners I definitely wouldn't mind if they did- I like artificial sweeteners. We found an ingredient list for the basic chocolate and vanilla ice creams that lists sugar as the second ingredient. I was worried but I didn't get any leg pain as I normally would with something high in sugar so I'm assuming it truly is low sugar. I'm just not sure how they have achieved that level of sweetness without a lot of sugar.  The cones and toppings are not sugar free unfortunately. A low carb cone and some sugar free candy toppings would be a great addition.  They have a lot of keto and low carb products for sale like breads and bars. There are some ice cream sandwiches that look amazing, but the staff did not know if the cookies were low carb. They also have containers of ice cream for sale.

One of my favorite places in town! All of the employees are great, the owner is super friendly and the ice cream flavors are wonderful. I finally found a sweet treat I don’t feel guilty about if I eat the whole thing!

Genuinely d'lightful here! Fabulous assortment of ice creams almost entirely free of carbs. Great quality and bogos available. Other Keto products on display such as snacks, Keto breads, ice cream sandwiches, etc. We even found a Keto Mac n cheese. Probably more coming as store expands.

I discovered this place while on a Keto diet. I was googling ice cream places that are low carb, because frozen yogurt/ice cream is my weakness. I also wanted something different than the low carb ice creams in the grocery stores. Although I liked them, they just aren’t the same. I decided to give this a try after looking over their nutritional information. It made sense. Even though I am not on the Keto diet at the moment, because I’m pregnant, I still want to have low sugar intake when I can. This satisfies my sweet cravings and I do not feel guilty when I eat it! It’s all soft serve, with the consistency of frozen yogurt, my fav! Even my sugar fiend husband likes it! I love that the flavors alway rotate, and all the deals they give each week. If you sign up for the rewards program, you get money off. I have saved pretty much every trip since I signed up. I definitely recommend it! Totally worth a try!

A great ice cream parlor, the guys who run it are nice and attentive, I recommend it 100%.  If you want to eat healthy and tasty ice cream go to D-Lites.

If you haven't discovered this place you'd better. Great tasting and low in calories and low in sugar Which is a big plus if you have health and dietary issues. Staff is always accommodating, and it is great tasting and a treat

This place has delicious low carb ice cream and it is quiet and pleasant inside, so you can eat your treat in solitude, or with friends.
