My car was towed to this lot after an accident. When I came to recover my possessions, my work ID, credit cards, car garage opener and registration papers were missing. They threw everything else in the car into the trunk. Few days later someone tried to use my credit cards. I had to change my my garage door code since they had my garage door opener. Their employees steal whatever they can and try to get get away with it. Of course when you tell them about the situation they say their employees dont steal..

I sold my car to them and it was an easy, worry-free experience. Took off a star for the extremely low price offer, but I was in a hurry so the convenience was important.

The staff are not welcoming what so ever. When I  walked in, I walked up to the counter and the staff just sat their at their cubicles and had me waiting until they felt like getting up.

Staff is friendly but when I went to go remove my items from the car nothing was in there. They cannot find it now and has me waiting😒

Very long waiting and the cashier going back and forth to the same spot . Not worth to buy from this auction . all vehicle i bought was worth than i expect and always loosing money. This will be the last time i buy from that junk.
