My husband contacted several dealers via e-mail because we wanted to buy a SUBARU Crosstrek. Subaru of San Bernardino responded immediately answered all his questions and offered him the best price. We went to the dealer in San Bernardino, Tom Roche was the salesman that helped us.  The transaction went smooth and it took one hour at the most. I have to give them 5 stars, the service was excellent, it did no take a long time and we were not pressured to buy additional products.

Had some issues at first but got them resolved, got my first oil change and the women was wonderful! Very fast too! I was out in about and hour, they even wash your car for free love it! And the car hasn’t had any issues,  I love Subaru care it just makes me feel a tab bit more loved, if your in need of an all wheel drive car or suv that preforms great and looks fantastic then Subaru is the way to go.

The Internet Sales Team was prompt in responding to my inquiry and in answering all of my questions. Subaru of San Bernardino offered me the best price on the vehicle and concluded the transaction in less than an hour. All that is left is to take delivery when the after market leather interior is installed. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.

I went in to trade my chevy(which was a mistake buying. Worst costumer service as well). This place was very lovely with such friendly staff that worked with us to ensure we had a great experience and found a car that would fit our needs. The best part is that they answer ever time I call and are very helpful with any question, unlike the other dealer(Chevy). Subaru has a special community that I have not seen any other brand have, which makes it even better. I’m very happy with the experience I’ve had with Subaru and still to come.

Easiest experience I ever could have had- no hassles, no haggling, and they made sure I was aware of any deal possible that I could have qualified for. The sales associate Jose Gutierrez was kind and thoughtful and seemed to have my best interests in mind. Jorge, another associate, gave me a full tutorial on the car even after I'd already made my purchase, just to ensure I would drive home safely. The manager was helpful throughout.
I would come here again before shopping anywhere else in the future
