The food was good Bartender was slightly incompetent and seemed to be having a bad day. Came here before and had a similar experience. Got the order put in wrong, and straight ignored us several times. They definitely aren't training their staff that customers are the reason that they can pay their bills. I was a server for years and gave it a second chance to prove the first time was a fluke. 2 stars only because my burger was awesome. Staff is better at Wendy's

Middle part of steak was good, edges were chewy and over cooked, more like jerky, even with a medium rare middle! Polenta was junk, bland with the texture of rubber. Make sure you have all night to eat, slowest kitchen in the west! Server was nice, but never checked on us after the food came until she brought the bill after we were done eating. Wife said fish tacos were dry and bland.

I really wanted to try the restaurant but I tried calling them multiple times to ask a few questions about their menu before I made the trip in. Both times I called they immediately answered the phone and without even a greeting i was hung up on. If they don't have a few minutes to answer a question or two I don't have to waste my time with them.

Went to the Copper Canyon Grill and Tavern for the first time. What a terrible experience. Fist of all Utah liquor law allows you to bring your own wine to a restaurant to drink. Once we got to this restaurant we had our wine but were not ready to eat. After about 5 min of our wine being poured by our server we still were not ready to order. Our server was apparently in a hurry because she started to quote us Utah liquor law about not ordering food and drinking liquor. We were there to eat dinner but we were not ready. We will oder our food when we are ready! I am certain she had something to do with our meal taking a long time to come to us also. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will never return.
