Absolutely incredible food! The food pairings are so satiating and delicious. This is the perfect Southwest family-friendly restaurant. The waitstaff was extremely courteous and the food was served quickly. Great selection on the kid's menu as well.

I've eaten at a few Canyon Cafes before, though not for some years. This is pretty standard fare. Tex-Mex flare combined with bistro cuisine. The food isn't amazing, but it's good. They have a bit of a fixation on fried crispy yam which I find a touch inexplicable. The real standout with this location is their patio seating, which is just beautiful. That bumps this from a 3 for good but unremarkable food to a 4 for very pleasant aesthetics. That said, if I visited in the height of the summer, I'm not sure the patio would be nearly as pleasant.

The food here is great, the location is convenient for downtown and the restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. They start you out with delicious chips, a variety of corn, flour and sweet potato, with a little bit of seasoning that is slightly sweet and salty. They are served with salsa that is truly nothing like what you've had at any other restaurant. I had the tortilla soup and Santa Fe stuffed chicken breast. I was amazed with both dishes, savoring every bite! The flavors are unique and amazing. The waiter also brought us each a white chocolate pecan tamale with our check. A small corn husk wrapped treat to end the meal on. I don't usually like white chocolate, but the flavor was again amazing. I don't live in the area but will be sure to recommend this restaurant to anyone that will listen and I will return whenever possible. Not only was it delicious, but my huge dinner was under $25. Excellent value on top of an excellent meal! Last but definitely not least, our service was great. Friendly and helpful! 👍👍

Chips and salsa are best I ever had. The table side guacamole was excellent. Very good for and drinks at a great value.

Was here during a conference and they easily handled multiple large groups including ours of over 30 people, with separate checks no less!
