Money better spent elsewhere. Hotel and restaurant need to get rid of carpet and need fresh paint to get rid of the smell in there. Kelsey was not attentive to us as she looked over the older tables and would pass ours up. Young people have money just so you know. Food was not made to order and had hair on top as part of the presentation. Kelsey did not offer me anything else to eat once she took my hair salad with black lettuce and my week old chicken and rice, knowing I didn't eat either plates. When she came back 15 minutes later to finally offer me something, I declined. I drank my dinner. We won't be back.

This restaurant experience was very poor. We ordered pork chops, chicken, salmon and ribs. The pork chops were extremely overcooked , dry, and tasteless. The chicken was also overcooked and tasted like cardboard! The salmon was overcooked as well! The ribs was the only thing which wasn't overcooked. The green beans tasted like they were boiled, and the potatoes tasted stale and hard! The restaurant is pricey and I would expect better food for the price! Service is only ok. I don't recommend this restaurant at all!

Worst burger I've had yet. I ate here in late April. Service was mediocre. If you like eating extremely well done burgers, this is the place to go. They don't measure the temps of their meat, so they'll cook the patties until they resemble giant raisins. Oh, and let's not forget the burger to bun ratio was completely off. Buns were much larger than the patties. I was starving, so I choked it down anyways.  Overall, you're probably better off spending your money on a McDonald's happy meal than a tasteless, overcooked burger here.

Me and my GF had lunch there while camping in the Grand Canyon in June. We waited 20 minuets for a table but when we were seated we saw plenty of empty tables (and people were still waiting to get a table!). It was really hot outside and the air conditioning wasn’t cutting it. The waitress was not pleasant and the two burgers we ordered were dry, not very good but very expensive. I wouldn’t recommend eating there as there are other options which are better and way cheaper.

Probably the worst restaurant I ever been. ... Group of 13 ppl the food come out after 1.15 hour. The meet was dry and smell bad. I got a rotten tomato and very dry bread. The service was supper slow The only thing good that I can say is the manager was very professional and nice. Amazing view for the canyon but you can find a better spot for that. Never again!!!
