Had the most delightful experience dining here at the Outback my server was Nicoya L. The food was delicious and she gave us wonderful service. She also informed us about the dine rewards program. We look forward to coming back and will suggest others to come to enjoy the experience.

I have been here a few times and it's always been one of the worst experiences I've had dining out in 30+yrs.  Starting from call ahead seating to the lack of customer service when arriving.  If I could give minus stars.  I would give them a minus 10. Waiter never checked on us unless the food was coming out which was 40 min after the appetizer arrived. Conversed  with the manager who was clueless.  I think that is where the problem truly begins.  Wouldn't be surprised if they shut down. Definitely need to revamp the ENTIRE staff!!!

Waited too long for a waiter so the manager took our order. Wanted an extra well done steak with no pink. Got it pink sent it back to get it back still pink. The flavor wasn't the best this time either. Asked the waitress to just charge me for the steak without the bone and she was shocked to see it still pink inside so she took the whole meal off the bill. Koodos to her. She's received a 35% tip.

So I decided to order curbside and it was an absolute disaster. The food was not even edible. The pasta was very dry there wasn't any evidence of sauce on it. I asked for extra sauce and never received it. The lamb chops were unevenly cooked. I asked for them to be cooked medium, one chop was cooked correctly the rest were rare or well done. Also I usually love the seasoning on the chops and this order lacked flavor. Mashed potatoes were bland and undercooked as well. The only thing worth eating was the wings. If I could give negative stars I would.

We were a group of 5, including a baby.  We were seated in 5-10 minutes.

We got our drink in a short time...and the good review stops here.

We waited for 1+ hour for our food.  We never got checked up on for refills for drinks or bread.

We finally got our food, but again...not checked to see if our food was good and it was not.  We had to ask another waiter for our waitress to come back so we can just leave.

We are good patrons of Outback Steakhouse, but we have never had such an experience.  A bunch of waiters/waitresses seated in one booth while a lot of traffic going in and out the side door with a smell of weed.
