The hot food made to order at the breakfast buffet was great. The hot food come back in the kitchen was okay. The fruit was at perfect ripeness. The server was not so great. She hovered over us as we were writing in the tip watching, never refilled water when I was drinking an alcoholic beverage, and took some time to clear plates even though it was only a buffet for our whole table. Much of the serving staff was just hovering not clearing plates and tables. There could have been less of a wait if the servers did their job. We got there at noon and had to wait 30 minutes for a table, which I expected since it was Sunday. I was probably one of the most underdressed people there in shorts and at t-shirt. I would next time go in shorts and a polo. The 2 hour limit on the buffet was reasonable since it's not a large variety. People can walk back to the table with two plates without getting looks from the staff. The history behind the building is cool but no one talks it up. My buddy that lives in the area had to tell me. They could really talk that up more when the servers and host staff greet you.

I went to this place 9/24/2017 The lady host just stare at you upon arrival she doesn't smile or anything. Our server was attentive his name was Chandler he did pretty good with his service. The food was delicious love it. They give you large portions definitely get your money worth. The area appears to be a little hood. Every-time police just linger around the location beware, that's a red flag you might be in the hood. Not a family environment for kid under 18.

Nice place, decent atmosphere, great food and drinks! Con: they need better experienced staff. I've been going to Jasper's for about 3 years now and they have a decent sized [wait] staff but maybe 3-4 of them are awesome (I love ❤️ their bar staff). Then when it gets busy in there only those 3-4 know how to provide customer service (and Jasper's can get BUSY).

Great place to eat. Service is amazing, food is delicious, and drinks are LIKE NONE OTHER!! I've been coming here since 05 and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

I absolutely love Jasper's; the food and the staff are incredible. I do and will continue to recommend this restaurant to all my friends, family and people I meet that are looking for a great place to eat...watch a game ...and/or have drinks. I drive from Richmond just to have Sunday brunch...keep doing what you do guys!
